30. OGU COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Users of OGU44 all products or services are expected to follow the community rules, regulations and policies. Breaking the rules or not following the guidelines may result in a customer agreement termination and/or BAN!
RULES – updated 19.6.2023
30.1. You the user must abide all current game rules (see OGU Community Guidelines).
30.2. You the user are not allowed to host OGU-servers outside localhost network.
EXCEPTION: Only with explicit permission from OGU44 and strictly for development purposes, NOT commercial use, the user may be allowed to host a public server for an agreed period of time, with instructions.
30.3. Violating the Terms and Conditions or the End User License Agreement will result in customer agreement termination and customer relationship termination.
30.4. All spoken agreements among users and developers are temporary and you the user/developer understand that anything you develop might be included in development, production or the final product without any assumed financial compensation.
30.5. Unlicensed use of the product is not permitted, see current licensing policy from OGU LICENSING POLICY
30.6. You understand that the Game is in development state and may not work at all sometimes.
30.7. You have read the rules from Discord or email and you understand the rules involving privacy and respectful behaviour
30.8. You are not allowed to distribute any copies of OGU software, applications or downloads to any other person other than yourself.
30.9. Intentionally crashing the production server is not allowed.
30.10. ALL RACISM, HARASSMENT, BULLYING AND DISCRIMINATION IS FORBIDDEN!
30.11. ALL INAPPROPRIATE, PORNOGRAPHIC AND SEXUAL CONTENT IS FORBIDDEN!
30.12. USERS OF ALL OGU44-, OGU-, OGU Entertainmet Oy AND OGU Entertentainment Ltd SERVICES AND PRODUCTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD!
Conduct that clearly violates sections 30.10., 30.11. AND 30.12. is punishable by customer agreement termination, cancellation and user account banning!
30.13. Distribution, sharing, using and encouraging the use of any malicious software, hyperlinks, e-mails, addons or any attempt to breach client security on any of OGU44’s platforms is strictly forbidden and users caught doing so will face legal actions.
